Elizabeth, Sarah, Andrew, Rachel & Martha ~ Forever the Fab 5

Today we are filled with an indescribable amount of grief. We are blessed that Andrew was a part of our life, but as we sit as a family, a vast and empty canyon sits in the middle of us. Thank you thank you thank you for all the love and kind words. It means so much. I can't stop reading all your blog comments and facebook posts to Andrew. They make us smile and remember Andrew for the great person that he was.

There are already a few short articles about Andrew. You can find the King5.com article here and the online Seattle Times article here.

Tune in tonight at 10 o'clock on Kong to watch a brief clip honoring Andrew. The same story will run at 11 o'clock on King 5 News.

We are in the preliminary process of planning a service for Andrew. Please check back here for all the details.

I too have been overwhelmed by this news. The outpouring of love and support from all the STL people really shows what a remarkable individual Andrew is. He will live forever in my heart and will always be one of my biggest motivators for the rest of my life Andrew truly had a way of making an impact on people and will live forever through the people he touched. Love you like a brother Andrew!

What a great picture. You all radiate with love and Andrew with peace. Hopefully your family and friends who were part of the last week there at Swedish, and the staff, know that you did an absolutely amazing job of helping Andrew finish his journey here on earth. We are all applauding you! Everyone of you are treasures and you will see your brother again in heaven in God's time. Man was the world lucky to have such a fine young man. (I mean seriously girls, you have to know it takes a special guy to have FOUR sisters!!! FOUR!!!)

It's still hard for me to come to grips with this. I can still picture Andrew dancing into the branch with a Subway sandwich in hand talking about how he was going on the Jared diet and how he was going to be the new spokesperson for Subway. The guy was pure energy and enthusiasm for life and I will be forever grateful that I got to know him for the short time I did. To the Moritz family, my heartfelt condolences.

Andrew was a wonderful person and will very much be missed. He actually gave me my first job out of college in St. Louis and I'm proud to say that 6 years later I'm still with US Bank. He was an invaluable leader and no matter what kind of mood you were in at the time, could always make your day brighter. Thank you for everything Andrew. You will be missed.

What a beautiful photo. Andrew was a class act, and you all are shining examples as well. I am graduate of Franklin '92. We knew each other through mutual friends. I will never, ever forget his radiating smile and determination to live. We are all so lucky to have had him in our lives. Bless you all.
